Yasmine kickstarted her career in financial services by joining NatWest in 2002 undertaking a variety of roles. As a Regional Share-Dealing Manager for NatWest Stockbrokers, Yasmine was accountable for leading and directing a team of Stockbroking Support Managers who were responsible for the coaching and delivery of Stockbroking services across 208 Private Banking Managers and 3 Private Banking Centres within a network exceeding 800 branches.

Women In Leadership: Jessica Lambert

Jess is a talented writer and marketer who has achieved great success in her career so far. While studying journalism and creative writing at university, Jess became the editor of her university newspaper and a student representative. It was during these roles that she realised her passion for giving a voice to people and helping to deliver what they want and need. Realising the value of grasping the necessities of both the enterprise and the clientele, Jessica embarked on a career helping businesses finding that harmony.

Women In Leadership: Pawan Sallan

Pawan joined our Collections Team at Nucleus three years ago as a Credit Controller, bringing with her an incredible amount of knowledge from her 15 years in similar roles. She’d previously managed smaller teams across collections, operations, debt recovery and customer service. IBM, HSBC and Capita are just some of the huge corporates she’s worked for, so we were excited to have her join our growing collections team.
