COVID-19: An update from our CEO Chirag Shah

Our teams are now working remotely in the UK, and in India – following the guidelines from the respective governments. Our investment in technology over the last 18 months makes this an easy task for our business and as a leadership team we are closely monitoring the situation.

We are acutely aware that we not only have ourselves to protect, but that we have a role to play in supporting SMEs across the UK to continue to thrive. I want to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are focused on providing you the same consistent level of service; and putting ourselves in the optimal position to support you throughout. We are continuing to take the individual approach to lending decisions that we always have done and are using the technology we have built to enable applications to be processed quickly.
